At Second Hand Horology, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch, original box, documentation, and any accessories into the shipping container, ensuring the package is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; all returns must be fully insured to protect against loss.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
