From “The Eccentric Fifties” – when the the exaggeration of the Retro-Modern period had its moment in the sun before it gave way to the conservative mood that enveloped the country in the fifties.
 
This super rare timepiece, a vintage Lucerne “A Parabolic Watch” dated from the 1950s. A very famous mechanical wristwatch for its eccentric and unique triangle case. For what we can say, this watch was very popular in Hollywood, New York fashion scenes, night clubs and magazines and it was also worn equally by a man or a woman.
 
It is a manual wind watch powered by a Sellita Watch movement, 17 jewels movement, unadjusted, Swiss made.
 
Still the original champagne dial with gold printed hour marks and gold matching hands, the dial also has a cool design that match perfect with the case and curved design.
 
Cased in a 19.3x40.3mm long triangle eccentric case design, 10K white rolled gold plated bezel and stainless-steel back.
 
The wristwatch comes with the original black sueden one-piece leather strap.

This watch is a perfect collector's item, it is in good condition! Runs very well, keeps good time!

Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
