LONGINES 14K Solid Gold Watch Cal. 9L Swiss 1947

Longines Watch Co. is one of the oldest watch manufactures from Switzerland with a wonderful and unmatched history of invention, innovation, patents and awards. Longines made some of the most beautiful watches ever made!

This GORGEOUS timepiece is a perfect example, a vintage Longines wristwatch dated from 1947. It is a manual wind watch with a Swiss movement caliber Longines 9L, 17 jewels, small second hand. The case, dial, and movement are as close to "new old stock" as can possibly be.

Rectangle case with fancy lug design, all in 14K yellow gold. It has the original male lugs. Fancy crystal shape in very good condition as well. The dial design is perfect to show class and sophistication; it is a silver dial with gold Arabic Numerals and hour markers, black minute marks and matching hands. Also, the dial is signed with Longines name on top.

This watch is coming with a vintage brown alligator leather strap. Also, it is coming in box! It is a very good looking wristwatch. After +70 years, it is still an unique watch, it is in LOVELY condition, keeps good time and runs very well.

This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust light, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
