This is the Bulova Surveyor men’s automatic watch, model 96A310, released in May 2024. Part of the Surveyor collection, this timepiece combines everyday versatility with refined design, offering mechanical watch lovers a bold skeleton dial at an accessible price point.

 

It is a 3-hand self-winding wristwatch powered by the reliable Miyota (Citizen) caliber 8N26 automatic movement. This movement features 21 jewels, a smooth sweep second hand, hacking seconds, a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, and a 42-hour power reserve. No battery is required, as the rotor winds the mainspring with the motion of the wearer’s wrist.

 

The eye-catching skeleton dial showcases the inner mechanics of the movement. It is framed by a black chapter ring with applied hour markers and finished with sharp angular hands filled with luminous material for readability. The Bulova tuning fork logo is placed at 12 o’clock.

 

The 41mm silver-tone stainless steel case features a modern mix of brushed and polished surfaces and is topped with a domed mineral crystal. A mineral exhibition case back provides a full view of the mechanical movement. Water resistance is rated at 30 meters (3 ATM).
