Bulova’s Motorsport Heritage: Bulova’s involvement in motorsports began in 1957 as the official timing partner of NASCAR. From 1972 to 1976, the brand returned to the racetrack, sponsoring a Formula Ford series—the Mosport Park Championship in Canada. The winners received a Bulova clock, watch, and the opportunity to race in England the following year.

 

Rev Up the Style with the Racer Chronograph: Building on this legacy, the new Racer Chronograph brings motorsport inspiration to the wrist. Whether hugging the curves of the racetrack or driving through the city, it’s a stylish reflection of speed and history.

 

This is a 5-hand quartz chronograph powered by the caliber 0S21, offering central chronograph seconds, a 60-minute counter, 24-hour subdial, date display, hacking seconds, and a frequency of 32,768Hz. The quartz movement delivers accuracy within 15 seconds per month.

 

The striking light blue textured dial features applied silver-tone markers, an orange and white racing chapter ring, and two subdials at 9:00 (chronograph minutes) and 3:00 (24-hour time). A date window is set at 6 o’clock. The bold orange chronograph second hand, beveled silver hands, and luminescent accents ensure excellent visibility in any light.

 

The 42mm contoured stainless steel case is shaped to echo the aerodynamic lines of performance cars. A two-tone orange and black tachymeter bezel, oversized pushers, and a signed crown emphasize its automotive character. A durable anti-reflective sapphire crystal offers clarity and protection, while 100 meters of water resistance ensures everyday reliability.

 

Completing the watch is a 3-link stainless steel bracelet with a deployant clasp for a secure, comfortable fit.
