1940s ALPINA Watch 14K GOLD Vintage Wristwatch - Rose Gold Dial - Original BOX!

Founded in 1883, Alpina, famous for its signature red triangle, is a fine watchmaking manufacture based in Geneva, Switzerland with a history spanning more than 135 years. 


A true pioneer of the Swiss watchmaking industry, Alpina has been the source of numerous patents and innovative calibers. Alpina invented the concept of the Swiss sports watch as we know it today, with the creation of its legendary Alpina 4 in 1938.

Dated from the 1940s, this is a very unique and gorgeous timepiece, a vintage Alpina wristwatch. It is a manual wind watch with an original Alpina movement cal. 586, sub second, Swiss made.

Still with the original rose gold (salmon) dial with gold mini dots and bold Arabic Numerals, matching gold hands as well. 32.2mm round case, all in 14K solid yellow gold.

The watch is coming with a new-old-stock signed brown alligator two-piece strap. Also, this watch is coming in an original Alpina display double box.

This watch is in LOVELY condition! Runs very well and keep great time!

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust light, when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.

The condition is pre-owned.
The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
