Offered here today is an elegant and rare vintage timepiece: a Bulova Wilson mechanical wristwatch dating to 1938, featuring the a distinctive Curvex design.

This manual-wind timepiece is powered by the original Bulova Watch Co. mechanical movement, caliber 7AP, featuring 21 jewels and a small seconds sub-dial. Made in the U.S.A., the movement beats at 18,000 vph and offers an approximate 47-hour power reserve.

It still retains the original champagne dial with applied gold-tone Arabic numerals, a black railroad-style minute track, and matching gold-tone hands. The small seconds sub-dial is positioned at 6 o’clock, completing the classic Art Deco look.

Housed in a distinctive tank case measuring 52mm lug-to-lug, crafted in 10K yellow gold filled with decorative Curvex lugs. It is fitted with a brand-new brown leather two-piece strap.

Fully inspected by our in-house watchmaker, this timepiece runs accurately and is ready to wear and enjoy.
